Who runs this site

What's collected
The contact form. Filling out and submitting the form processes your full name, email, an optional phone number, and whatever you write in your message. The purpose, legal basis and retention period for this data are detailed in the KVKK Disclosure.
Visitor statistics. The site uses Vercel Analytics to see which pages get visited. It sets no cookies, doesn't retain your IP address, and doesn't identify you individually — it reports traffic in aggregate, anonymized form. See the Cookie Policy for detail.
Server logs. The site's hosting infrastructure (Vercel) may keep standard server logs, as any hosting provider does — request time, IP address, browser information. These logs exist to keep the site running and to detect security incidents; the site owner doesn't separately process or use them for marketing.
Where your data is stored and how it's protected
After you submit the contact form, your data passes through a third-party provider (Web3Forms or Resend — the KVKK Disclosure names whichever is currently active) that delivers it by email to Kamer Kaan Şahin. The site uses HTTPS to encrypt connections. Reasonable technical measures are in place, but no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
Third-party links
The WhatsApp link (wa.me) and the email link on this site take you to third-party services governed by their own privacy policies. This policy covers this site only — Kamer Studio isn't responsible for how those services handle your data once you leave.
Children's privacy
This site isn't directed at children and doesn't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
This policy is updated whenever the site's content or service providers change; the current version always lives at this URL. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
